Moccamaster

Hand made and individually tested in the Netherlands, the Moccamaster coffeemaker brews a perfect cup of coffee in only eight minutes. A copper heating element ensures water stays at the perfect temperature from the brew cycle’s beginning to its end. The ample 64-oz.-cap. thermal carafe on this machine makes this model perfect for large households and frequent entertainers.

Tattoos on women [part 3]

in denial de·ni·al /diˈnīəl/
Refusal or unwillingness to accept something or to accept reality. (adjective)

Yes, I know what I stated in my previous posts concerning the art of ink applied on women. And yes, I am very aware that I keep contradicting myself on the subject matter, which explains the opening statement.

I always say I do not appreciate a tattoo on a beautiful woman and even went as far to say it’s a waste. But more and more I am attracted to these stunning women with, yes tattoos.

This new post is triggered by a chance encounter with Jamura, a talented writer, who happens to be in the possession of some intriguing body art. It aroused my curiosity.

Why my sudden interest in tattoos on women? I am starting to realise it might have to do with added personality. A tattoo can add an extra layer to a person and really expose an underlying script, a map of where that person has been, their story if you will. Literarily showing one's true colours.

On the other hand I envy them for being confident enough in their choices to make one that will last forever.

To be continued…

Bedtime story

Thunder striking on a clear blue sky, without the warning of a violent horizon. Waves crashing the surf, from calm to chaos in a matter of seconds.

From nothing you came, gentle eyes, sexy smile. Where did you come from? More important; what is this fucking feeling that I faintly recognise from a past situation.

Let’s put on some music to shake this feeling, straighten out my thoughts. But my headphones don’t lie. They feed me with words that I myself couldn’t find, but seem to convey exactly what’s inside.

Can’t control my thoughts anymore, you are invading every one of them. Slowly I peel away the layers, falling deeper with each one of them.

As much as I hate stating the obvious: you got me…

Tattoos on women [part 2]

One thing became clear to me regarding this topic that location is everything. As stated in the previous post, it's a very thin line between cool and tacky. Example, anything on the upper arm doesn't work for me, but in this case the wrist is very nice. Especially when located on the side where a watch or bracelet would be worn. Ostentatious, but distinguished.

Winter Essentials

The "wear it with whatever" parka. This is one of the best multifunctional pieces out there at the moment: The Our Legacy Shield Jacket in colour Olive. Works when worn as an overcoat in the suit sense of the word, or as a rugged jacket paired with boots and beanie.
